OUR STORY

Matt retired from the U.S. Army after 30 years of service around the world and returned home to Northern Virginia.  When deciding what to pursue next in life, he decided that he wanted to continue serving others but in a way that utilized his handyman skills, diagnostic abilities, customer service focus, and love for everything DIY. 

Blow comes from the streets of Miami and is Matt's business partner  -  along with being a rescue dog.  Blow helped Matt survive the last few years in the Army and in appreciation, Matt bought Blow a truck so he could ride around with his head out the window.  The team then established Blowdog Handyman to help others maintain their homes...while bringing a little canine joy to people's lives.  They look forward to serving you.

When not helping someone fix things around the house, Matt & Blow can be found at Alexandria's dog parks or sailing on the Potomac.
